𝐄𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧/ 𝐋𝐢𝐜𝐞𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬
☑ MUST have a valid RECA License in Property Management
☑ A Valid driver's license and own reliable vehicle

☑ Strong understanding of computers and technology

☑ Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office & Adobe Pro

Work Hours

This is a work from home position with flexible hours and some weekend availability required. 

​

Responsibilities

• Recording and updating details of prospective and existing landlords and tenants into the property management software swiftly.

• Examining properties and coordinating maintenance with appropriate vendor

• Create Advertising descriptions on available properties and conducting property tours as part of marketing activities with tenants.

• Screening prospective tenants to ensure they meet eligibility requirements.

• Completing lease applications and assisting with verification of application information. Informing prospective tenants of results.

• Drafting & Completing Leases with approved tenants.

• Completing Move In, Move Out & Midterm Inspections

• Liaising with tenants to provide information and address their complaints and concerns.

• Maintaining and storing documentation effectively
